Hi friends ,
Right now my kit contain
Nikon D5100 with 18-55mm and tamron 70-300mm, i am thinking to replace both the lens with new Nikon 18- 300 mm f 3.5-5.6
can any one help me

It's a decent enough lens, and it eliminates the need for changing lenses, and it means you've always got the whole range with you.

It is a bit of a beast though, adding significant weight to your camera.

If you take a look through the shots you have taken over last few months what are the focal lengths you have been using. Do you use 18 a lot, do you use 300 a lot or do you use something in between most of the time?

Only ask as you may not actually use the whole 18 - 300 range in practice which could be other lenses into the options.

Visit a bricks and mortar shop and take a few shots at assorted focal lengths and apertures and have a good look at the final results (print, monitor etc) to see if they are up to what you want or need.
IMO, that range is just too long to keep the quality but I have NO personal experience of the model and lens designers are very clever these days. Try to include areas wher chromatic distortion is likely - the long stretch zoom I used to have was pretty horrendous in that respect, even stopped down and in the middle of the zoom range.
Your money though. Personally, I would try to find a Nikon 18-70 in a second had cabinet and team it with the Tamron 70-300 - maybe with a wiew to upgrading to a Nikon 70-300VR. OK, I'l stop spending your money now!
