I came out of work at 4-30 and immediately felt /noticed a strange feel to the light. There was(and still is) a pink/orange hue near the horizon like a soft sunset but that shouldn't happen for almost 4 hours!
Looking at suncalc at the correct time the sunset is at 8-20 an at 5 it should still be at an elevation of 28* then looking at Mooncalc it should be about 12* BUT they are in a very similar angle on the compass.
Is this "colour" caused by the sunlight reflecting off the moon combined with the cloud layers.
Obviously I grabbed the camera and ran out to get something, in this you can see in the upper right the sun trying to burn through the cloud and the soft pink/orange near the horizon.
I've not done much to the take just tried to get the soft colour.
