HELP - removing stray hair

how do you remove the stray hair? and also I want to remove the nipple part of the ballon to make the overall image cleaner.

Clone them out using the clone tool.

Just be careful not to go over the ear etc.

I'm using film and when i do this and zoom out i can see where i have done the cloning.

Is there another way as I am thinking of just cutting round the face and stretch the background to make it seamless.

Select the part you want to clear and add gaussian blur? Perhaps a combination of that and cloning. Do the balloon on a different layer to the hair.

Edit to add:Use a soft brush when cloning.
