It's a work shirt, uniform thingy or I wouldn't bother. So I'll use a mixture of Vanish/milton/baking soda and white wine. If the shirt doesn't disolve it should be clean right?
Should have sucked it out while it was still wet - wasting booze?
Salt on the stain might still work, but it should have been soaked in cold salt water to begin with. Hot water 'fixes' many staining agents like blood, which should always be soaked cold.
Try soaking it in old white wine (one I've not tried but heard of) or white vinegar (which gets rid of almost anything known or manufactured by man) it might work.
