Help..... please

I have lencarta smart flash 3's I have purchased a Pixapro ST-111T trigger and a Pixapro Pro AC 2.4Ghz receiver

Is there a simple way of getting these to talk to each other - the instructions are minute size-and I cannot read them.......

all I want it to do is fire the strobe when I press the shutter

Plug the receivers into your Smartflash, put them on the same channel as the transmitter,
set the different groups on the receivers as appropriate
Set the power levels for the various groups from the transmitter

Off you go

Sorry I don’t have one.

And tbh I wasn’t too fond of the reviews, perfectly usable but fiddly, I waited for the x-pro trigger which is a lot more user friendly.

Google Godox x1-t reset.
 
Ok I'll await further instruction lol - I've reset it

I can send it back as it arrived today and maybe opt for something less complicated

The ST-iii is a very competent trigger, but not the easiest to use. ECO2.4 trigger is way nicer and you'll like the big clear screen too, but it's non-TTL. Or the ST-iv is best of both.
 
All sorted now- Thank you Phil I did not realise to have Channel 1 on the trigger- all switches need to be in the down position- works a treat now- The Lencarta WaveSync did not work with my Sony a77 Mk2's owing to the unique hotshot on Sony A series cameras

I agree - now it works I'm very happy

ECO 2.4 is NOT compatible to my Sony cameras and there unique Hotshoes

It's trying to fit the bit at the bottom (which, as everyone knows, is made of springs) into the hot shoe that is causing problems I believe :)
 
Back on topic, there may be an element of 'operator error' here - as I have recently received my Godox XT 16 (which the Wavesynch 2.4 is simply a Lencarta rebrand of), and I've just checked and it works fine on my A6000 (which has the same MIS hot shoe as the A77ii

The key thing is to NOT try and push the trigger fully into the hotshoe.
Looking at the picture you have of both triggers, they are reversed (IE You have the 'back' of the wavesynch uppermost - the side that should be facing you when you're holding the camera).
You'll see the single pin is not symmetrical front / back - and it you compare pin positions on the two triggers, you'll see the front edge of the wavesynch trigger is where the metal plate on the XT1 triger ends.
You need to push the wavesynch in until the top of it's plate is just about to go under the front 'lip' on the MIS shoe - then the pin will line up with the Sony centre spot, you can tighten up the securing ring and be good to go :)

I'll give that a try- thank you, however: I have a new trigger now and that works just fine as it has a compatible mount :)

In many ways the XT1 is a better trigger than the XT16 - and I was yesterday that the XT Pro is available on pre-order in Sony fit.
The reason I went for the XT16 is I have a set of 3 DE-300's, and as far as I can tell the XT16 makes controlling these very easy, while the XT1 has limited functionality with them (but is much better if you have any of the AD strobes, or Godox flashguns).

If (when) I switch from my A900's to a more recent model with the MIS shoe, I'll need new flashguns and will probably go Godox - at which point I'd get an XT Pro, and keep the XT 16 as a hand-held unit to do thing like test fire, switch the modelling light on / off, etc.
