Hi All

First of all I'm useless at anything technical.
I received a picture message on my mobile today off one of my customers( I cut there grass etc) of there daughter with a standard fuchsia which I had dropped off because they had a viewing on there house which they are trying to sell. I need to get the image off my phone so I can get it in Lightroom and then get it printed. It's very important that I don't loose the image because there daughter who was six last week has just been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour ( hence the house sale). I thought it might be a nice gesture to get some prints done so I need to know how to do it ,all help greatly appreciated.
 
I can only advise from my own usage.

When I have taken pictures on smartphone that I need on my PC I have emailed them to myself as full sized files. To save on data usage I do this with the connected to my home WiFi

I had to call into town today so I called into the phone shop and the young girl had it sorted in about thirty seconds, basically she did what you advised. Think I will take my phone to Jessops and see what the printing options are.
Must get a grip of this modern stuff.

The latest problem is when I connect to my pc to get the images off my phone it's telling me to unlock my phone but how do you do that? I've looked in the settings but there's nothing that looks like the phones locked.
 
Is your keypad locked? My android won't let me browse the phone until I have unlocked the keypad..
 
I've unlocked the keypad I can access everything on the phone it's just when I connect to the pc, it recognises the phone but says all folders are empty and to unlock the phone.
