HELP PLEASE!

I have too this photo for a friend and am looking for a good way to take out the gigantic foot growing from her head! ive tried cloning the area but it looks wrong and filling the area just makes it go funny. any help would be fab as this photo is part of a christening gift!

Yeah i did that and i didnt like the railings that were left. haha. thank you tho i know what your saying. what do you think if i took the railing out completely? (not a perfect edit)

really glad you cant tell ive taken foot out it took me ages to get it right. lol.

this is where im at atm i think after playing with this image for nearly 4 hours im happy with it....
