I am on 30 day trial of both Topaz denoise AI and AI sharpen. Both work perfectly on my small dell laptop but on my larger Chillblast laptop they open up then after a few seconds just disappear. This happens whether I open them in LR/PS or as a stand alone application. Both laptops are running win 10 and as far as I know up up to date. I am sure the solution is simple on the Chillblast but I am a bit of a computer dinosaur and haven't got a clue.
