Help please - small text boxes

I have a new laptop which is optimised for LR and PS but when I right click and the choice boxes appear IE "open is photoshop, define colour pro" etc the text is so small it is hard to read. The operating system is win 10. Is there a way I can change this to be bigger?

Have you tried PC settings -> Scale and layout, and changing the default to something bigger than 100%? This setting is also available by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display settings' but it might be hard to read this at the moment .

It's probably worth mentioning this setting can sometimes have side effects on older software (e.g. blurry text or icons, or text that is too big for the space allowed in the application).
