been in the lakes all wekend and just deleted the weekends pics, opened them in zoom browser then copied them but didnt paste them into the folder. i then deleted them from zoom browser and then the recycle bin and then the card, is there any way i can get them back. gutted...

If you haven't re-taken images over the card, then some kind of recovery software may well retrieve some or all of them for you.;)

I'm sure someone will recommend some free downloadable software that will do the job, but if you're really stuck I can post you an original Sandisk recovery CD if you like? ;)
 
pc inspector on windows is pretty handy from what i've heard. never used it as never needed to!
 
as mentioned, the sandisk cd is supposed to be very good for retrieving deleted images from cards. So first off, dont use the cards until you have tried, secondly get hold of one of those discs, as offered above. Or, if you were thinking of buying some new cards anyway, NOW would be the time to do it ;)

Lots of cards have CDs that come with them with recovery software on. If you've got one, then you may as well use it. Note that in Windows, many recovery applications require the card to appear as a drive (rather than as a camera), so you might have to go and buy a card reader if you don't have one already.
