Help needed with Powerpoint

Hi guys

I need to compress a powerpoint file. Its currently 50mb and even with the optinion of compressing it in powerpoint via the save as->options tab, it is still huge.

Are there any mac office 2008 file compression (free trial) software?

is it full of jpegs? if so, you'll not get much more compression. I assume zip isn't helping?

Did you resize your images before importing them? If you stuck in the full res files then it won't compress down as it stores them in it's file.

That would explain a lot. Doh.... only someone like me would put high res files in. :bang:

When you have finished the presentation,
1. File
2. Save as..
3. (bottom left hand corner) Tools
4. Compress pictures
5. Options
6. choose and save.

This will make a big difference, hope this helps.
