help needed with photo shop

hello everyone

basicly im trying to manipulate an image on cs3 so that a earphone looks like it has become part of the ear and im finding it really hard

so any tips or any links to a good tutorial would be really helpfull :)
 
you mean earplug? and you want it to be 'see through'?
 
hiya not like that
humm lets see (hard to explain lol) its an earphone from a music player and i want it to look like the skin of the ear is growing over it so its becoming part of the ear.
so far iv been using the clone stamp tool but it just looks flat.

can you post the image here that you attempted to meet your requirements? that may be of help :D
 
kk i understand now :)
i think youve done well with your edited image, you can now use something like smudge/blur/sharpen tool to add some shapes. and maybe a bit of healing brush tool (to make the brush work, hold alt and click on part you want to heal then brush away. tip: aim toward the shade area so you can add the shade on your 'fake' skin to make it look real). give it a go! :D
