help needed to remove dribble from photos

Hi

can anyone help me get rid of the dribble on the baby's top .i have a few photos like this that i need to remove the dribble .

i have cs4 and cs5 but im not that good at using these programs yet.

Any help will be much appreciated on how to do this

I think you'll get a fair bit of that out by selecting the wet area and playing with the levels to lighten it, failing that a bit of cloning should do wonders.

Ive had a VERY quick 'dirty' go in CS5 using the clone tool, just to show how it performs and how easy it can be.

Only used the clone tool to clear the 'dribble', and then sharpend the area slightly:

Hey Martin! You need to stop dribbling in future when the baby has it`s photo done And oh yes, cut your toenails
