Help needed to put up new lencarta soft box

Hi

Just unboxed my new Lencarta smart flash kit and struggling to get up the soft box as not used to a speedring and ball and lock. Any quick tips please? Thanks!

When you come to insert the rods into the outer edge of the softbox the little pockets aren't that obvious, but they are there

Lol, i had this EXACTLY problem last night, just couldnt find the pockets... saying that, mine took about 2 hours less than you so you win
