help needed please

Hello Folks

I am looking to upgrade my Nikon D80 to a D300 but was also looking at D700 can anyone tell me what the main difference is between them apart form the £700 approx pounds

I don't want to be rude, Paul, but if you didn't know that the D700 is full-frame then I would question whether it's a sensible upgrade. For starters all your lenses will behave differently and some may not work at all.

What are you trying to achive by upgrading? If you could tell us that, we could advise you more effectively.
