First of I will be using a Nikon D7200

1 x 80cm Octagon Umbrella Softbox with YN568 linked from camera menu (side lighting?)

Use pop flash for front fill on low power that triggers both slave flash's ????

I have a sigma 610 DG ST going spare, can I get a yn603 RF or a model that will give the 610 TTL function
And fire from D7200 menu

This is all new to me  Be kind

First the gear question. Your Sigma doesn't have the slave function for use with the Nikon CLS. So to allow remote control with TTL you'll need to buy a TTL trigger set. This works instead of the pop up as controller, is more effective but more expensive than buying just a dumb trigger like the 603.

If this is for a static setup, TTL isn't a great idea anyway. You can buy some dumb triggers (like the 603's) for a lot less than TTL triggers.

Why?

We add light to solve problems, you're wanting to add a light 'because it's there'. The Octo and a reflector is capable of excellent results and hundreds of different looks.

Hi Phil knew you would be along :)

I want to be able to to take some portraits of the kids well one kid & a 21 year old ( I feel old now)

I was thinking the octagon front left at 45deg using sigma fired from the CSL with a model whatever no ### (please insert ) , may use the pop up as a little front fill ( unless I'm talking out my %#^€ ) and, Utilise the YN568 from back right on low power to light the hair via CSL?? Or should I use a reflector

If you want a hairlight, a reflector won't do. you'll need triggers for each flashgun. The Sigma can't be fired by CLS, but as it's all static, just buy dumb triggers.
