Hi All,

I'm hoping to print at 47"x47" for exhibition.

I've made the canvas up in CS3, but can only save it as a Large Document Format, Photoshop Raw, or TIFF.

In the past I've only ever printed from a Jpeg, as it's on the college's large format printer. I don't know if it can print from a TIFF.

Anyone got any ideas? or know how I can save this as a jpeg.

Cheers

John

Superb, thanks folk.

Its saving at full size at the moment, so I'll need to wait on it doing that before I can carry on and convert to 8 bit.

Thanks for helping sort this out quickly.

John

id have thought you could print out as a tiff, since it is a common filetype

It already is 8bit...

Still wont let me save as jpg, and it just told me it's too big to save as a Tiff.

Actually...

Upon closer inspection of my file, I may not need this help at all soon.

When I made the canvas, I never noticed that the default was pixels/cm rather than pixels/inch, so it was 300ppcm rather than 300ppi

Once it converts back to the right size it might be more easily saveable.

Cheers anyway guys (Wheres the embarrased face smiley lol)
