*HELP* Monitor fault - with pics, opinions and advice please.

Hi. On Saturday morning, this pair of lines appeared on my monitor. Ive reset it cycled the power, tried different HDMI ports and cables, all the different user options to no avail.

Its a Viewsonic VP3268-4k 32" monitor bought from Costco. It is under warranty, and I am in discussion with them to get it sorted.


Just wanted to ask any of you knowledgable folks if you know what it is, or how to fix it. thanks.

To check whether it does it on all or a particular colour.

It's a common fault with digital displays and often terminal. You may need to get a replacement.

Thanks all, it is the actual screen as opposed to the feed coming into it. I have logged the fault with Viewsonic who are going to resolve this for me.
