Help!!!!! HDR related

Hello

I have been out with a friend of mine the other day who was teaching me her way of landscape photography and HDRing photographs

He way is to take a photograph and underexpose it by 2 stops and then use photo dynamic HDR on a single Jpen and then work with that to get a perfect image

So i went out thinking i would get it as soon i got home!! photomatix will not let me create an image from just 1 file !!

Has anyone got a good programme for mac that will work the same??

Which PM do you have? v 4 works fine from even a single jpeg, Try making 3 different tiffs from the shot you have at different exposures (sort of) and see if it works then.

As Wayne says open a image file in PM and then you can tone map it
