I`ve got CS4 and an Epsom R265.

Now, it always used to print fine on my old setup, but I`ve changed PC`s. Whether it`s relevant, but that had elements on it.

The prints are MILES out. So much darker than what`s on the screen. My initial thought is get the monitor calibrated, but these are so far out as to make me wonder if this would make any difference.

I`ve tried Srgb profiles, which helped a bit. I can`t find a ICC for my setup, I guess it`s not a proffesional enough spec printer...

Any ideas amongst you.

It took seven attempts to get a half reasonable print out of it last night, I`m rapidly running out of paper, ink and patience!!!

Balls, sorry to the mods.

Wrong bloody section. My humblest apologies. I missed the computers and tech section which is probably more appropriate...

What results do you get if you allow the printer to do the colour management?

Innacurate colours have plagued me for years, even after using my ColorMunki, i'm tired of it too. Tried every combination of settings available.

They were still coming out dark, I`ve reinstalled elements on another pc and it`s better on that. I`ve still trying things, but I`ve run out of paper now! I`ll have to come back to it when the new stuff arrives.

It`s so frustrating that`s for sure!
