Help disassembling a Nikon TC-200

Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me out with some instructions for disassembling a TC-200. I need to get to the smallest element (I can’t remember if it’s the front or the back) to deal with some fungus but, whilst I’ve found the holes for the lens spanner and can get the whole lens assembly out in its barrel, I can’t figure out how to then get that element out. Of course, the fungus is on the side of the element that I can’t get to…

Can anyone offer up any instructions?
