Help, can you make this readable???

I'm having a problem with Three as they sent me 3 iPhones when I signed my contract (nice of them) so I had 2 sent back. They confirmed on the phone a few months ago that all was OK, now they are saying there is no record and can I get the tracking number again. Problem is, as it was a long time ago and they confirmed verbally that all was OK I binned the paperwork (silly I know now!).

I did take a photo of what I was including in the packing etc on my iPhone but wasn't worried about getting the detail of the tracking as I had that written down.

Do any of you wizards have the skills/software to make this readable? Without this I'm potentially stuck big time!

Don't know if either of these will help (not hopefull) your best bet might be scanning the bar code.

I'm pretty sure I've worked out CX(or K)196065253GB but that's not coming up on the tracking site Tried many other possibles..... might be too old to track as over 6 months ago.

If they phoned you to say all was OK, they should have a record of that call on your account and also, if you can remember when it was, they may hava recording?

Just another line of enquiry for you....hope you get it sorted...

PS They will be able to tell by the IMEI number whether those phones have been acitvated etc so that should be another point for you to get them to explore
