Anyone use Photobox Galleries?

I'm trying to create a new price plan, and everytime I click on "create new price plan" I get the error message "There is no vendor selected!". Does this happen to you?

I have contacted PhotoBox support and got a default reply linking to the faq's pages which do not answer my problem.

have you created yourself as a vendor? Havnt had too much trouble with it although the site itself is a bit "buggy" I only have one price plan which is the default one......

think you have to add an album first then you can create a price plan.....
 
I already have 2 albums, but would like to have a different price plan for each. Apparently you can just click create a new price plan and enter a name for it but thats when I get the error message.
 
Just tried it and its the same for me, I think it is a Photobox fault.

To be sure, email them. They reply within a 48hrs.

My personal experience of Photobox is not good and i will be changing as soon as i have money and time.

I have reported it and will post the outcome once they have replied.

I've been getting the same message, but not had time to hunt out an answer.

Thanks for posting up their response - I'll keep trying and hopefully drop lucky when they have sorted the issue.
 
Just a quick update - I e-mailed support last week and they said early this week, so I gave it until Wednesday and as the error was still there I e-mailed them back and got this reply

Apologies for the delay fixing this problem. Our technical team are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. We expect this to be fixed by end of September.

To me it looks like they don't have a clue what the error is or how to fix it :bang:
 
They've been having problems all week by the looks of it. I don't use them, but did click 'like' on their facebook page, so get to see the updates.

Loads of people have been having problems paying for orders, as well as a few other site issues. But if it's all sorted now, then thats good :thumbs:
 
They said to me that it'd be fixed by the end of the week - and it let me create price lists but when I saved them the prices would change.
