So at the moment I have a basic understanding of photoshop tools and their use but struggle to look at someone elses picture and see what they've done to it. A case in point can be found in the images contained in the link below; Ive always been a fan of the painted pin-up effect but my experimentations in achieving it have been average at best. Would any kind individual be able to shed some light into what PP has gone into the pictures to give them their painted look?
