Hi everyone,
I've been in to photography for a couple of years. I've always been passionate about the idea of taking photographs, I enjoyed the promise of nostalgia later down the line, even if it was on a crappy old phone or whatever. It was just fun! And now I see some of those old photos back it makes me smile endlessly, even if I am cringing at the same time!
So, 2 Years a go I got to play around with a DSLR that my, then, girlfriend had sitting around - a D5000. Needless to say I was immediately engaged, to the camera that is. Since then I've really become passionate about photography to the point where I am taking steps to make this my full time occupation!
Obviously I'm going to need to get some new gear, I'm coming from a D5600. This is what I've got so far and I've done my best to base my choices on the types of photography I'll be doing: Landscape, restaurant, gig, nature/ wildlife, portraits.
Nikon D780 + 24-120mm kit lens
AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G
Sigma 35mm f1.4 DG HSM Art Lens
AF-P NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6E ED VR
Nikon SB-500 Speed light
I feel pretty confident in my choices, however there are some doubts obviously. Your feedback would be great.
