Hi everyone.
This is my first post on this forum.
I am a 48 year old "newbie" who has had compact cameras and recently purchased a "bridge" camera to further my new found interest in digital photography. Being a "bloke" who has had his fair share of nine minute wonder toys, I couldn't justify spending shed loads of money on a decent bit of kit, as I usually get bored after 9 minutes! or so my wife says!
However, I have enjoyed being out and about taking snap shots and would like to develope my knowledge and ability to take better and more interesting photos.
The camera I have purchased is a Fuji Finepix S6500FD and I am quite impressed with the results so far. There are a myriad of different settings that I will have to get my head around before buying a serious camera.
Once I find my feet in here, I will post up some of my better images that I have taken, until then thanks for a great place to visit and view other peoples fantastic photography.
