Hey all,

I'm new here. New to photography. I am currently working towards a career change. I am undertaking an Environmental Science degree with a view to a career in marine conservation.

Photography is a great skill to learn in these fields so as my wife was also interested in photography we picked up a D3100 to get us started and despite me breaking it (that's another thread) we are falling in love with photography.

So that's a wee bit about me and hope to get to know you,

It's a year old and just out of warranty. It will be ok, just an expensive lesson I guess.
