Hi, I've been looking at the forum for a few weeks looking for advice on selling a lens that I no longer use. I'm not keen on using ebay as I'd rather have someone pick it up rather than send it in the post.

Hope I can get some good advice here.

Hi there, welcome to the forum. Talk Photography is a great place to sell your old lenses and cameras, however to start selling you need to be a active member to get permission to use that part of the forum. The requirements are 100 posts and you need to be registered for at least 30 days. Thats to stop people just coming onto the forum just to sell things.
 
That was my original intention for coming onto the forum, but since being here I can thoroughly recommend it. Some great people on here and it really is a very friendly place - haven't seen one grumpy work. Upload some images and ask for some c+c - some great feedback to learn from and a chance to give your c+c too.

Get involved, you won't regret it! Oh, and "hello"!
