Hi all
I've been using a 350D for a few years now - mostly to take pictures when on holiday or at events, but never really for the sake of just taking them.
Last week a (presumably blind) graphic designer approached me and asked to buy a photo of mine to use on a poster, which has inspired a new wave of enthusiasm. I've upgraded to a 40D and much as I know one end of a camera from another, I now really want to develop my understanding.
This seems like a good place to start; I'm glad to be here.
