Hi all, James here.

Joined a few weeks ago and just got around to completing this post now :)

Pretty new in photography, always been a point and shoot man and my dad finally turned me round to the world of SLR. I have to say that I had no idea how much fun I was missing!

It's really a good feeling to get home and see some cool shots that you have put some thought into and got some decent results.

Anyway here is my first few pics shot on my new D90. I was using the 18-200 VR lens. Would be great to get some feedback on how I could improve or just what you think!

Thanks guys, good to be here. I need plenty of help - especially on indoor photography! So hard to keep the ambience of the room while still getting a clear shot that is not too shallow in DOF!
