Hi folks I'm new here and will no doubt be asking for help soon haha.

My name's Ryan and I'm from Midhurst, I've not long been thinking about getting into photography and am currently using a fujifilm s5500.

I'm going to be moving into the world of DSLR camera's and am hoping for some help along the way.

thanks for the welcome folks.

I went out to currys today and treated myself to a nikon d3000 as a beginner's camera. I've been led to believe it's a good camera for beginners and hopefully it'll enable me to get the confidence to have a go myself rather than with the guide mode setting it has to help me learn too.
