Hello from York!

Just a quick hello from me. I have been a lurking member for around two weeks now, but thought I'd better start being sociable.

I have been an enthusiastic snapper for many years with my trusty compact, and recently decided to treat myself to a Nikon D3100 with the hopes of learning to photograph properly. The quality of my images have improved a lot already, but I can safely say I still have very much to learn!

Its all about experimentation Ive found lots of tutorials on youtube, good place to start in a particular area that you fancy checking out. Plus the people on TP are so friendly, hopefully I'll be half decent at some stage that I can be of help to new togs.
