Just came in here to say hello & introduce myself.
I'm Phil & I live just outside Bath.
I used to love the creative side of things such as taking photo's, stage lighting etc when I was at school but after leaving I concentrated on my career & things fell by the wayside a bit.
Recently a couple of friends bought some equipment & my interest was rekindled. The prices of DSLR's have certainly dropped a hell of a lot recently so I've spent the last year trawling EBay, photo forums etc for bargains.
I also discovered the Strobist website, amongst others, & this really grabbed me.
I've finally posted my first photo & am looking forward to interacting with other photographers & learning from you all.
