Hi all
A rather senior member (i think) 56 years old ;)
Living in Newport (near to Cardiff)
Enjoyed photography since the Minolta x300 I had some 25 years ago.
Had a few others since.
Now I have the Sony Alpha A700 and love it.
Use elements 6 for editing.

Macro's and landscapes are my favourites.

I am curious, why did you decide on the Sony Alfa, if I am not too rude to ask?! :shrug:

Had the A100 first (from canon 350d) because of in built image stabilisation (works great).Having handled the A700 had to have it,intuitive to use well made great image quality and of course in built stabilisation.

I started 34 years ago with a Minolta SRT101.
Now using a Canon 40D.
Look forward to seeing some of your shots !
