Hi,

I'm based in the North West and have always had a general interest in photography. A few months ago I decided to pursue photography a bit more seriously and see if could get any better. From what I can see this seems like a really friendly and helpful site. Look forward to getting to know the folks on here and to learning some new stuff!

I really like this place already but I am struggling to find my way around. Is there a help or FAQ or newbies guide somewhere that I am missing?

The biggest thing that bothers me is that I can't seem to see other users galleries - surely most people posting on have a gallery on here as well? When I am in the forums I click on the 'gallery' link below the users avatar and always seems to say 'there are no pics' !?

Any help much appreciated
