My names Tash and Im newish to photography, Ive been dabbling with a P&S for the past 18 months, but obvisouly there is only a limited amount you can do with a P&S. I wanted a DLSR, so when my darling husband suggested he get me one as a present for this past christmas I was overjoyed.
I have a Canon EOS 1000D using a EF-S 18-55mm IS f/3.5-5.6 non USM Lens.
I am still learning everything with this camera, I like to take photographs of everything. Prior to getting the DSLR I used a P&S and took some photos of an abandoned hospital near me, a duck pond, gaffiti, and local attractions.
