Hello all. My name is David and I am from city called Dundee on the east coast of Scotland in the UK. I'm 17 and have been into photography for several years now and I first started in roughly 2002 when I got my first Compact which was a Richo Caplio RR120. I then moved up to a Canon S1 IS and then to a Canon S3 IS. I have recently acquired a Canon 40D which I stepped up to from the Canon S3 IS. Only got it in September so still trying to get used to it. I currently only have one lens (17-85 IS USM) although I hope to get a 70-300 or so for christmas.
I was actually browsing Google for a nice photography forum and came across this forum in the search. The place looks great and I see many amazing photos on here. I have taken hundreds of photos over the years and I can see that this will only grow now with my new "aquisition".
I also have two websites. One of which is for sightings of cars --> www.carspottings.co.uk and the other is a site I have recently had designed for myself by a friend --> www.dja-photography.co.uk .
