Hello, I'm new to the world of DSLRs having just bought myself my first which is a 1000D.
I work as a countryside ranger at Arlington Court near Barnstaple and I'm very keen to make the most of working in a stunning location.
Looking forward to learning lots from this forum.

Hi & welcome from a fellow North Devon fella. (Bideford)

Lovely place to work and take pictures, walked around there myself, and run the Arlington Court Canter several times.

That blows, So many of you from north devon but hardly any from south devon :( a trip up to you lot might be in order once ive got my new kit in april :)

Hey Si - I'm just t'other side of Tavistock so I guess I'm a mid Devonian :)
