Welcome - I'm a newbie myself but just had to tell you how much I love Malaysia, how lucky you are to live there with so many wonderful photo opportunities. I was in Penang, Cameron Highlands and KL a couple of years ago and this year I went to Sabah - it's absolutely stunning - I took so many photo's I'm still sorting through them now and I've been back two months!

oh u were in kl? did u shop for any photography equipment? if u are nikon user malaysia are one of the cheapest in term of pricing :) and if u are canon malaysia also are quite cheap

not forgeting there are used lens aswell

Welcome to the forum.

I am from malay/scottish stock and regularly go and see family there. I miss the food so much. Get me some Teh Tarik and roti canai!
