Hey everyone,

Ive been lurking around here for a good few weeks now so said Id better post up an intro thread .... Ta daaaaa :D

Very helpful site already. Im looking to gain as much info as possible before I actually splash out but at the moment, Im leaning toward the 1000d.

Surfing is my main interest and so that's going to be my focus(:$:shake:) with this photography lark.

Anywhooooo, Im sure Ill talk to most of ye at some stage :thumbs:

Well, well, well! Over a year later and I finally bought myself a Canon 1100d. I know it's not the best around but it'll certainly do me whilst I get to grips with the basics. So far I'm struggling, I must admit but I'll keep plugging away and will hopefully see an improvement.

Anywho, I'm off to browse :wave:
