Hello,
I've been lurking here for a few weeks, so thought I'd introduce myself before I start posting properly. My name is Jamie, I'm from Herefordshire, but currently live in Aberystwyth where I'm at uni, doing my third and last year. My main interest is in rally and motorsport photography, but take an interest in most photography related things.
Don't really want to bore you all to death with the details but I started taking photos on rallies at the start of 2003 with a point and shoot Canon. Then at Christmas 04 I upgraded to a Nikon D50 DSLR with the kit lenses and have been shooting with it since. The kit lenses broke after a year, so the kit in my signature is what I'm using now!
I think I've learnt quite a lot over the years, but like everyone else I'm always trying to improve my shots. Anyway, looking forward to getting involved on the forum!
Have a look through my Flickr if you want (link in signature), I'll eventually get around to uploading some shots from previous years and some non rallying shots. Going to pick a few pictures from last year to post in the Motorsports section now...
