Hey everyone,
I'm Adam from Leeds but living in Harrogate at the moment. Haven't been on a photography forum since Grassroots Xchange went silent.
I've been doing photography for about 8 years now, started out with a 300D, then went over to film and started doing music photography, things started to go well so I got good deal on a second hand 1D MK II (seriously, just a few quid more than a new 20D at the time!) and 70-200 combo. Then the recession happened, which didn't turn out too well for me! Now on the Nikon side of the fence, just because the 70-200 is black.
Whilst I'd love to get back into the music side of thing theres no real music scene in Harrogate, so it's forcing me to do other things which isn't bad at all! especially now I only want photography as a pure hobby.
I also work with aerial photography (and laser scanning, LiDAR) so I get to work with photography in my day job, even though it's generally just a higher resolution google earth!
