Hi Mark!

You have my sympathy - I work not far from Lakeside and trying to get to the other side of the river when we need to at this time of year is a nightmare!

As for the being shy thing, I felt like that for ages but these guys are seriously great - you couldn't hope to meet a nicer bunch!
