Morning all

We have been snooping around this site quite a bit this last few days and loving it so though it was time to give a formal hello!

We are Marc and Nicola from Chorley in Lancashire. We love all things photography but our main passions are things that move, espacially dance and extreme sports.

Nicola photographs under the name Nicola Selby and specialises in dance. She is very quickly establishing herself in the world dance photography scene and has done global advertising campaigns, shot some of the best dance companies in the world and has been filmed by Channel 4 for a documentary. She is also on the front cover and the main article of Bowens Litebook magazine.

As a result of Nicola's success we have just opened our own studio in Chorley, Velocity Studio, which houses one of the largest infinity walls in the North West and has been hugeley complimented by the photographers that have visited as one of the nicest studios they have ever been in!

Looking forward to getting to know people, learn lots and help out where we can.

Kipax being a Leyland lad does have some down sides your right and its understandable that others will not want to associate with you but given you are a sports photographer I will let you off! :-)

Whats everyones thoughts would there be an interest in a meet and shoot?

Coppull Ring Mill? I used to play there as a kid. My grandad had a job as boilerman/caretaker when he left Chisnall Hall Colliery. Old Lancashire occupations have now all gone, just leaving the old Lancashire folk!!!

Think theres around 10 or 12 members from Chorley were taking over

I didnt know if anyone reading my comment was old enough to remember the rivalry between the towns :)
