Hi,

I'm stuck at home today because of the snow and fog (like many of you!), so I thought I would sign up to this great forum.

My name is Stephen Dickey, and I am an amatuer photographer from County Antrim, in Northern Ireland. I enjoy landscapes and seascapes, but would like to try other forms of photography too.

welcome from scotland .i have been to ni a couple of times for the northwest 200 bike racing up at port rush, had a fantastic time but only started taking pictures lately.

Steve, I've just looked at every one of your images. I wouldn't hesitate to direct any amateur to your site to see what's possible. Truly arresting images that reveal disciplined technique and accomplished software skills.

Maybe you could share some how-tos as you contribute.

I'd love to have Glenariff and the like on my doorstep! Arguably not so good down here in north Down!
