Well, hello everybody! I registered a few weeks ago, but I've only just gotten around to saying hi!
A little bit about me:
I turn sixteen in January, live in a wet, windy, but spectacularly beautiful country called Wales and I'm sitting my GCSE's later next year. Gosh, doesn't time fly as you get older! My subjects include Art, History and Geography, but Art is my real passion, from which sprung a love of photography. I'm intrigued and fascinated by the black and white, mysterious, even unusual type photographs, but as I'm very new to photography itself, I'm hoping to discover other preferences as well. Oh, and a good majestic landscape is a winner as well! =)
For Christmas, my parents bought me a Sony DSLR-A200H camera. Being a n00b photographer, I find this camera very useful and it satisfies the majority of my photographic needs for the time-being. It doesn't have live-view but this doesn't bother me - in fact, I prefer looking through the lens. =)
From joining this forum I hope to learn much more about all aspects of photography, and begin to find and develop my 'style'. I would like to pursue a career in the industry, whether it be for weddings or just even landscapes, but, let's take things one step at a time.
