Hi all

I am recently increasing my interest within photography. I am looking to take photos of my family, while on holidays and at dog shows I attend.

I am new to anything outside of the world of point and shoot so i have gone down the mirror less compact system. I have purchased a Samsung NX300 with a standard lens and a further samsung 50mm to 200mm. My reason for this was to have something in between a bridge and DSLR with features I hope would help me along the way lol. Already i am having a little difficulty getting RAW files of the camera and onto my mac. I did not understand that RAW had to be processed straight away to do anything with them.

I have joined the forum to hopefully start and continue to learn around photography and processing pictures.

Got over my little raw problem with adobe lightroom I will have to figure it out now but seems a great piece of software.
