Hi, thought I'd better introduce myself.
I've been taking photographs since the olden days of film, but I am now totally digital with a Canon 40D.
I was made redundant a couple of years ago and I am trying to set myself up in business as a photographer, but have been hitting walls along the way (mostly self-inflicted due to my apprehension and lack of confidence). I am really only au fait (to a degree) with landscape photography, so portraiture is totally out of my comfort zone at the moment. I've been on a few workshops, though, so I'm slowly getting there.
I thought I'd look around for some help and inspiration and ended up here, so I hope to be learning and putting into practice some of the tips and tricks of the trade.
