headshots/advice/ workshops ?

hi all
anyone here good at headshots/office portraits ?
need some advice on how to improve on them .
can anyone recommend a lighting workshop for this kind of thing ?
or a onene training
London/S East preferably.

One thing.. he suggests getting an 'Optical White, Shoot-Through Umbrella'
I think it's worth getting a convertible umbrella which can also work as a reflector brolly.
