I'm thinking it's about time I had a go at this HDR lark, i'm pretty poor with the old post processing though.

Does the convert to HDR option in cs2 work well ?

Doesn't work at all in my experience. It jiggles my two (or three) pictures about for a few seconds then complains about their not being enough information to create an HDR image. :shrug:

There's probably a knack to it (which I don't have).
 
I was reading an article about the CS2 automation that said it needs 4 or more pictures, is that why it's complaining GFK?

Maybe. I've tried it with two, and i've tried it with three. Its never told me I haven't used enough pictures, though. :thinking:

You need to take at least 3 shots, not use 3 tiffs from the same RAW, and you need to have a total range of 5 stop or more (I think). So if you take 3 shots you need to have 2 stops between them.
